Overview:

  • Opportunity to work on a portfolio of industrial properties working directly for the owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenant notices and letters
  • Update and maintain property information and other property tracking logs
  • Gather, maintain and follow-up on tenant maintenance responsibility compliance
  • Track roof management, leaks and repairs
  • Assist in the preparation of vendor and construction contracts
  • Responsible for ensuring timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Perform data entry, maintain and create reports and documents in various software systems including Microsoft Office applications, as well as our internal accounting software systems (MRI and Kardin)
  • Gather, maintain and follow-up on Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, tenants and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and ensure accuracy of work.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Team Player
