***This position is for a Property Administrator and will be site-based in Toronto, Ontario***

About the role

Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do.  

As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Property Manager. Your superior communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude professionalism and your customer service skills are second to none.  You also assist the team with regular reporting, budgets, tenant correspondence and planning of events.  

  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, occupants, vendors and contractors.

  • You respond in a timely manner to occupants’ needs to meet the license agreement and lease obligations.

  • Maintain the property utility database and transfer of accounts

  • Assist with service contract bid process, completing project job code forms, and maintaining a portfolio contract summary document.

  • Maintain property shared drive files, records and database maintenance

  • You efficiently run all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements. 

What you'll bring 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate, preferably office.

  • Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants' needs. 

  • Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail. 

  • Experienced in working in a high-volume environment

  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc. Experience with contracts and license agreements.
