As a Collaboration Partner Car Engineering (m/f/d), you guide and support in the areas of coordination and portfolio management in collaboration with the international Tech Hubs in Turkey and India.
You accompany various topics within your team and adjacent teams.
You contribute to the coordination of the internal network model in the Car Engineering department.
You provide support in the organization, preparation, and execution of communication with national and international Tech Hubs.
You take on operational tasks in the field of Office Management and Project Assistance.
The improvement of work processes, workflows, and structures is actively shaped by you.
You have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification and have already gained relevant professional experience in work and project contexts.
You have several years of experience in the management and optimization of office management structures and processes, ideally within the Mercedes-Benz environment.
You have several years of experience in an assistant role as well as in communication with adjacent teams.
You bring an analytical and process-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as a high degree of initiative and creativity.
A confident demeanor and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you.
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
