Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Cross-department coordination (35%) Collaborate across Commercial Product, Projects, and Partnerships teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure information, direction, and dependencies are clear. You’ll help teams stay aligned and confident about what’s coming next.

Project planning and delivery support (30%) Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of important projects within Roadside Partnerships. You’ll help define project pathways, identify blockers early, and keep momentum moving in the right direction.

Project performance, KPIs & risk management (20%) Ensure all teams contributing to these projects stay on track with strict KPIs and timelines. You’ll proactively monitor progress, log and escalate risks, and work with the Head of Partnerships to resolve issues quickly.

Reporting & governance (15%)
Put in place the right level of reporting, cadence, and governance to give senior management and leadership clear visibility on how each project is progressing.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built strong working relationships with Commercial Product, Projects, and Partnerships teams.

  • Set up clear reporting and governance for projects across Roadside Partnerships.

  • Ensured KPIs and milestones are visible, tracked, and well understood by all contributors.

  • Supported the Head of Partnerships in scoping and planning project phases and deliverables.

  • Identified early risks and ensured they were escalated and addressed.

  • Become a trusted, go‑to person for clarity, coordination, and communication.

  • Project coordination skills: Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep people aligned.
  • Excellent communication: Skilled at making information clear, concise, and actionable.

  • Stakeholder management: Confident working with teams at all levels to solve problems collaboratively.
