HMH in Kintore have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to provide maternity cover.

Leading a team of 3, you will be responsible to the Regional Director for the following:

  • Lead and oversee Overhaul & Spares service delivery, achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.
  • Work with Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse to meet schedules and project deadlines.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, slot planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and safety.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing needs proactively.
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure talent retention and growth of service capabilities.
  • Enhance operational capabilities and explore new revenue streams through innovation.
  • Monitor KPI performance (on-time delivery, overdue backlog, and margin), implementing improvement actions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting and invoicing, and full compliance with regulations, policies, and standard’s
  • Manage reporting and maintain accurate records for Overhaul & Spares services

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience as a people manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling
  • Ability to review business performance data and assist in the implementation of action plans
  • Strong understanding of quality requirements
  • Experience in SAP ERP system
  • Experience in drilling related Oil and Gas manufacturing
