Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed within timeline, budget, and agreed quality standards. You will act as the key interface between external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
• Manage Project Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end implementation and ongoing service delivery of projects, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure optimal quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborate with commercial, implementation, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project execution.
• Operational Excellence: Manage incident, problem, and change processes while identifying risks and executing continuous improvement plans to optimize efficiency.
• Financial & Contract Oversight: Manage project P&L, including forecasting and budgeting, while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience: Proven experience in leading projects or teams with a proven track record of efficiency results.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of document archiving; experience with large-scale digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Technical & Financial Skills: Proficiency in financial management (budgeting/forecasting) and familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean principles.
• Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, and fluency in English.
