About the Client

About the project
We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead a large-scale data center service provider transition (MSP onboarding) across Europe and APAC.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end management of datacenter transition program (EU & APAC)
- Program governance (SteerCo, RAID, reporting, escalation management)
- Coordination of site readiness and infrastructure transition
- Service provider onboarding and knowledge transfer
- Validation of operational readiness (ITIL processes, DR, monitoring, access, CMDB)
- Risk, compliance, and audit management (incl. GDPR)
- Stakeholder management across IT, business, and vendors
- Cutover, hypercare, and steady-state handover management
What You Bring
- 8 - 12+ years in IT Project / Program Managemen
- Twice‑a‑month travel within European offices is expected
- Experience in infrastructure / datacenter / MSP transition programs
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in multi-country / global delivery (EU/APAC preferred)
- Strong governance, risk, and vendor management skills
- Experience working with infrastructure service providers / integrators
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CMDB, IAM, PAM, DR, monitoring
- Cloud / hybrid infrastructure understanding
- Automation basics (Ansible / Terraform)
- ServiceNow / ITSM tools experience
