The Inclusive Solutions (IS) engagement team is hiring a Project/Process Specialist to coordinate IS projects, build cross-unit relationships, and keep initiatives on track. This role aligns projects with goals, manages plans, meets milestones, and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include coordinating communications and logistics, reaching out to stakeholders, preparing briefings, using software for payments and legal compliance, processing contracts, and handling approvals in corporate systems. The Specialist will also manage administrative tasks like the team inbox, develop procedures, maintain records, contribute to business planning, and report to the Head of Shared Services.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Help determine and define engagement scope and objectives
Collaborating to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
Monitor budget based on scope of work and resource requirements including tracking costs
Develop and manage detailed schedules and work plans
Provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
Organize and maintain contracts with vendors/suppliers
Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire engagement activation
Monitoring progress, adjusting as needed
Contribute to measurement of performance and helping to identify areas for improvement
What you’ll need:
3+ years of event management, administration or related experience
Proven ability to problem solve
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
