Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support for Global Master ICFs, eConsents, PLS, and standalone writing projects (where PRE services are not otherwise scoped).
- Monitor and triage incoming ICF, eConsent, and PLS work and contribute to weekly ICF resourcing call with internal teams.
- Coordinate operational activities for internal study teams and sponsors to ensure that related project milestones are met.
- Under the guidance of the Project Support Manager, contribute to management of the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other activities of assigned projects.
- Attend sponsor ICF calls with internal teams, where required.
- Contribute to management of assigned project budget(s) and other finance activities (when required) to meet financial and company goals.
- Act as a core member of the Project Support team, actively leading ICF kick-off meetings and participating in project status meetings in order to share project progress and keep the team up to date with project milestones and timelines. Assist and contribute to the development and ongoing negotiation of timelines, where appropriate, between multiple teams.
- Work to short notice and to very tight turnarounds, when necessary. Effectively manage own time, working with global teams and keeping an awareness of the wider timeline and deadlines.
- Develop effective working relationships with fellow team members.
- Act as a process champion when required. Collaborate with internal team members to troubleshoot and problem solve project-specific challenges throughout the project life cycle as necessary, so that quality is adhered to and timelines are met.
- Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as industry regulations, departmental guidance and quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to data tracking using designated systems and tools, including specific sponsor KPI metrics.
- Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures.
- Assist Project Support Manager with periodic report generation when needed.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a healthcare/scientific discipline or business field, or an educational equivalent.
Additional Work Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant industry/administrative experience working in a role with project management and client services being the main parts of the job.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of project finances, budgets etc. would be useful in the role.
