iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Project Specialist - Drug Product VIE within our Production team, you will gain valuable cross-functional experience in a good manufacturing practice (GMP) environment while developing your project management expertise. You will coordinate project costs, manage risks, facilitate communication, oversee change control processes, and ensure seamless workstream coordination.

Main responsibilities:

Coordinate and Monitor Project Cost and Resource Plan (35%)

  • Collaborate with End-to-End Project Lead to monitor and control adherence to schedule, cost, and resource plans.
  • Anticipate gaps or deviations, identify discrepancies, and propose remediation plans through robust financial and business analyses.
  • Collect and consolidate monthly project expenditures in the Project Cost Sheet.


Manage Risks Throughout Project Life Cycle (15%)

  • Coordinate risk identification, quantitative & qualitative risk analysis, and implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Co-facilitate quarterly project risk review sessions with End-to-End Project Manager.


Plan, Manage, and Monitor Project Communication (20%)

  • Facilitate lessons learned workshops in collaboration with End-to-End Project Manager.
  • Maintain project action and decision logs with timely follow-ups on pending actions.


Change Control Management (15%)

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create and manage change controls for the FFIP Project.


Workstream Coordination (10%)

  • Facilitate workshop sessions for high-level workstream activities to ensure alignment with project schedule.


Support Purchase Order Management (5%)

  • Coordinate project-related requests, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and proper reception of materials or services.

About you

Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in managing/coordinating projects in challenging environments, preferably in pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean project management and Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in project risk management.
  • Experience with Power BI and Access is a significant advantage.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Project management experience (balancing time, cost, scope, and quality constraints).
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes, schedules, cost estimation, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and value in an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into insightful reports and presentations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with company tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SAP, and Klaxoon.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder and conflict management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in team environments.

Education:

  • University degree in Science, Engineering, or Business studies.
  • PMP and PMI Agile certification or equivalent is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
