What YOU will do
Independently manage small-scale projects by coordinating Cyber team resources, tracking progress, and driving timely closure of deliverables.
Act as a key liaison between Cyber, Product VSLs, and Product Engineering, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on cybersecurity expectations.
Plan, schedule, and organize Cyber support activities to meet team and customer demands.
Develop and maintain best practices, tools, and templates that enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and team workflows.
Support demand planning for the Cyber team and manage purchasing tasks, including requisitions and invoice coding.

Qualifications YOU Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Prior experience or formal training in cybersecurity.
Qualifications We Prefer
Cybersecurity certificate, i.e. CISSP or Security+
PMP or PMI certificate
Strong technical capability, including hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence) and related administration.
Ability to integrate quickly into high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Experience working both independently and in collaborative team environments.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing tasks.
Ability to prioritize, adapt to shifting demands, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
