What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain project-specific tracking tools and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage documentation of clinical training and clinician assignment activities
Coordinate Clinical Science activities, resources, meetings, and information to support client and company deliverables
Schedule and communicate internal and external training sessions
Act as point of contact for clinical deliverable status and ensure effective communication across teams
Participate in kickoff, status, and deliverable meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
Liaise with internal teams to define requirements and objectives
Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of administrative experience supporting client-facing projects or clinical trials
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
