What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain project-specific tracking tools and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage documentation of clinical training and clinician assignment activities

  • Coordinate Clinical Science activities, resources, meetings, and information to support client and company deliverables

  • Schedule and communicate internal and external training sessions

  • Act as point of contact for clinical deliverable status and ensure effective communication across teams

  • Participate in kickoff, status, and deliverable meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency

  • Liaise with internal teams to define requirements and objectives

  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience supporting client-facing projects or clinical trials

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
