At the USC Institute on Inequalities in Global Health (IIGH), our vision is a just and healthy world. IIGH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Project Specialist. Working under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Operations, the Administrative Project Specialist will provide administrative support across our educational, research, and policy priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in fast paced environments with a positive attitude, and adept at managing multiple tasks at once. Interest and/or experience working in global health is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably at an educational institution, nonprofit or government agency. In addition, she/he/they should possess a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to initiate own work and use good judgment with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential to the success of this role, as well as the ability to work with team members, faculty, students and external corporate partners.

The hourly rate range for this position is $30.14 - $38.71.
