As the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules in Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects. This role supports multiple construction managers and works closely with project stakeholders to develop accurate, Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedules. A background in construction-focused scheduling will excel in this position. You will also support broader project controls activities, including schedule-driven performance analysis and 4D modeling where appropriate.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:
· Attend meetings and visit the construction site periodically to support accurate schedule development
· Develop, maintain, and update EPC CPM schedules in Primavera P6
· Prepare scheduling submittals, including the baseline submittal and monthly schedule updates
· Prepare narratives covering progress, critical path, risks, and schedule performance metrics
· Verify activity durations, workflow logic, start dates, and progress through field reports and inspection documentation
· Prepare lookahead schedules to identify upcoming constraints and potential issues
· Analyze schedule variances and changes to the critical path and recommend recovery strategies when needed
· Develop “what-if” scenarios and schedule alternatives as required
· Prepare time-impact analyses (TIA’s) and recovery schedules as needed
· Review payment applications and confirm alignment with the cost-loaded schedule
· Provide schedule reporting and updates to support project team coordination and stakeholder communication
· Identify schedule risks and communicate impacts and recommendations to the project team
· Perform productivity/production analysis to support project planning and forecasting
· Develop and maintain 4D models as appropriate for projects and pursuits
· Provide claims support as needed
· Support project kickoff meetings and planning workshops to build execution plans and baseline schedules

You'll be prepared for this job if you have:
· A Bachelor’s degree
· Five plus years of work experience in project management, construction management, engineering, or a similar field
- Experience with 4D modeling
· Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

You'll stand out if you have:
· Project Management Professional (PMP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or similar certification
· Experience preparing and reviewing TIA’s and supporting contractor/owner claims
· Experience using project controls tools beyond P6, including 4D modeling workflows
· A natural tendency for taking ownership and a willingness to lead
· Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
