Supporting market launch of new systems / projects
Preparing / making offers for standard key systems, configuration examples in coordination with PSM International
Planning, creating and implementation of product promotion activities
Preparing and taking technical presentations and training documents
Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with VSP team
Cooperation to gain technical and commercial OK-point for Key Systems and Projects
Building-up and maintaining a network (of experience) with the VSP team and PSM International
Input / feedback to market data, product response, improvements
Continuous review and documentation of achieved targets
Execute KPI´s, which is defined from Fronius International and propose KPI´s for the national market
Regular meetings plus reporting with PSM International in global collaboration tool
Support in target and revenue planning
Arrange annual business plan together with PSM International
Resource planning and forecast for the respective subsidiary
Making decisions needed for achieving business plan goals and strategy in line with PSM International
Execute and implement defined measures and if necessary take countermeasures together with the PSM International
Close deals in line with PSM International
Price setting for systems and projects
High willingness to travel (50-70%)
Proactive daily usage of CRM is required
