SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Project Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers.Responsibilities:
Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.
Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.

What We Look For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field of study
Minimum 3 years experience in sales profession
Competence requirements
