Job Description
Overview
This role is for experienced professionals in Project Reporting or Controls with 5–6 years of relevant experience in project management within a construction background, along with expertise in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by HR, and interview invites will be shared for the upcoming in-person scheduled drive in the first week of February.
Your role
- Develop and maintain project control systems for cost, schedule, and resource management.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for project optimization.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support project performance reviews.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
- Implement best practices in project controls aligned with construction industry standards.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps., MS SharePoint and MS Power Automate).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and risk management methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools for reporting and analytics.
