💼 How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead overall project management and customer engagement across your region.
  • Drive PL sales, cash landings, and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee project control, procurement, and logistics activities.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and site management teams.
  • Foster a “One-Network Control” team culture with a mindset of ownership and alignment with broader Business Unit/Enterprise Software Solutions goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers, ensuring a balance of technical and interpersonal skills.

🎓 Your Background

  • Master’s or Engineering degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio and project management.
  • 5+ years in project office leadership within fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in global, matrix organizations; preferably with software industry exposure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in change management and delivering results through influence.
