Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Lead planning activities across all project phases—from sales and engineering to supply, shipping, and commissioning.
- Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.
- Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.
- Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to align expectations and execution.
- Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project planning, ideally with Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Team & Culture
You’ll join the Global Execution team within the Distribution Domain, with a focus on the Parcel segment. The team supports global operations and regional centers in Southern Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East. We operate in a flat, inclusive structure that fosters collaboration, agility, and innovation.
