About the role
Drive high-visibility projects end-to-end - from developing business cases and project plans to supporting the rollout of innovative service solutions.
Shape the future of care by leading the design and approval of new models of care and business models in collaboration with senior clinical and operational stakeholders.
Be the voice of the project through clear, strategic communications planning and partnership with operational teams to ensure smooth stakeholder engagement.
Unlock insights that matter by establishing processes to collect, analyse and monitor service data, identifying improvement opportunities and measuring real outcomes.
Build powerful relationships across committees, working groups and key stakeholder networks, ensuring strong governance, seamless reporting and effective project delivery.
About you
Relevant qualifications or proven experience in project management, delivering complex, high-impact projects.
Hands-on experience developing and implementing innovative models of care.
Highly motivated, autonomous, and thrives in collaborative team environments.
Exceptional time management with ability to prioritise competing workloads in fast-paced, complex settings.
Strong influencing, analytical, and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
