1. Lead global cross-functional project teams to develop new products for China and European or US markets. Ensuring successful delivery in accordance with the product development process and project constraints (scope, time, quality, budget).

2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global cross-functional teams, including R&D, PM, Manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales and market teams.

4. Chair regular project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones and deliverables.

5. Drive decision-making processes to keep projects on track and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks efficiently

Education/教育背景
A master’s or above in science, technology or engineering
工程、科学、技术或相关行业硕士及以上。
Experience/经验
With a minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within R&D or product development environment

Engineering, design or development background requirement.

A proven track record of successfully managing global, complex product development projects with multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-site project team.
