Make your impact
Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of project equipment orders, partnering closely with Sales from handover through to successful delivery against contract commitments.

Plan, track, and guide project schedules across manufacturing, procurement, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, transparently, and to a high standard

What you’ll do
 

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of project equipment orders, partnering with Sales from handover through execution to ensure all contractual commitments are met.
  • Develop, manage, and track project schedules across manufacturing, procurement, and documentation to drive on‑time and successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary customer contact during project execution, verifying deliverables, resolving issues, and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Manage contracts and variations, proactively mitigating risk, minimising exposure to liquidated damages, and clearly communicating impacts to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively across cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Support strong financial outcomes by optimising working capital through timely progress claims and final invoicing in line with contract terms.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or qualification in project management with experience 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial and contract management capability, with experience delivering projects within manufacturing or equipment supply businesses.
  • Sound capability with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Proven customer-facing communication skills, able to manage relationships and clearly present technical and commercial information.
  • Exposure to mining, manufacturing, or minerals processing, with experience across equipment, systems, or process-based solutions is desirable
  • Commercial or sales-influenced background with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes.
