This role leads the delivery of complex, cross‑functional Client Service Enablement initiatives that improve client experience, operational effectiveness, and control outcomes. The VP Project Manager partners with Client Service, Global Delivery, Technology, and Risk teams to translate strategy into execution and ensure disciplined delivery.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead enterprise‑scale Client Service Enablement initiatives (service model changes, operational transformation, tooling adoption, control improvements)
  • Translate Client Service strategy and priorities into delivery roadmaps and execution plans
  • Serve as a primary delivery lead for senior Client Service, Operations, Technology, and Risk stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, including executive reporting, risk and issue management, and escalation
  • Lead and mentor project/program managers and analysts
  • Partner with Risk, Controls, and Change teams to ensure initiatives meet regulatory, audit, and control expectations
  • Drive effective change adoption and transition initiatives into BAU
  • Track and report on value realization, client impact, and operational outcomes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex projects or programs
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
