Role Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your key responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to ensure project success.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, business process improvement, or a related field.
- strong knowledge of trade life cycle and good understanding of Settlements
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Should be a team player
- Flexible with shifts and be ready to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
