Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving transformation, simplifying processes, and enabling teams to operate more efficiently?

We’re looking for a Project Manager, Transformation to support key initiatives within HPE’s Global Marketing organization. This role will focus on program execution, process improvement, and change enablement, helping reduce complexity and improve how work gets done across teams.

This position will play a central role in leading initiatives to streamline marketing processes, improve the user experience, and remove operational friction, while supporting broader transformation efforts in partnership with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Business Units.

About the Role

As part of the Marketing Analytics and Operations team, you will serve as a project manager for transformation and process improvement initiatives, driving structure, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams.

You will help identify inefficiencies, implement improved ways of working, and ensure new processes are clearly understood and adopted across the organization.

This role requires a strong operator who can bring clarity to complex environments, simplify workflows, and drive progress in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Key Focus Areas

  • Lead initiatives focused on process simplification and operational efficiency across marketing workflows

  • Identify and reduce friction in how teams plan, execute, and manage marketing activities

  • Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across workstreams

  • Support change management and adoption of improved processes, tools, and ways of working

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Finance, BUs) to ensure alignment and execution

  • Provide structure and coordination for transformation initiatives, including those related to marketing measurement and reporting

  • Ensure consistent communication, status reporting, and visibility to stakeholders and leadership

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and reduce unnecessary complexity

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end project management for transformation and process improvement initiatives

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple stakeholders

  • Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks and dependencies

  • Facilitate working sessions to identify pain points and define improved processes

  • Develop clear, executive-ready status updates and communications

  • Support rollout and adoption of new processes and frameworks across teams

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and implemented effectively

  • Drive consistency and discipline in how work is executed and communicated

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, or transformation roles

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver results

  • Experience driving process improvements or operational efficiency initiatives

  • Strong communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong project and program management skills

  • Experience with transformation or change management initiatives

  • Ability to simplify complex processes and improve ways of working

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
