At CACI, we believe that developing our people is the most strategic investment we can make. The Talent Development Project Manager (TD PM) plays a critical role in ensuring our talent development programs run smoothly and deliver outstanding employee experience.
In this role, the TD PM is responsible for both strategic project management and hands-on program execution. Partnering closely with the VP of Talent Development and TD Program Leads, the TD PM manages the operational heartbeat of Talent Development—building project plans, overseeing progress, analyzing data, and ensuring TD Programs are delivered with excellence. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing complex projects, coordinating activities, collaborating across the teams, and taking on stretch assignments to advance business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Talent Development programs (multiple leadership development programs, mentoring, Great First experience as well as Touchpoints/Performance Management).
- Manage calendars, schedules, and resources for multiple programs and projects.
- Provide weekly project status updates, identifying project risks/opportunities.
- Support the VP of Talent Development overseeing the TD Organization to include meeting cadences and sharing information.
- Oversee and manage Great First Year experience. Act as a liaison between Learning Solutions, CES, and TD to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Program Execution & Learner Experience
- Manage program schedules, logistics, and communications for both virtual (Zoom, MS Teams) and in-person sessions.
- Serve as a producer for virtual sessions, running breakouts, polls, and discussions to ensure technical excellence and positive learner experience.
- Support programs Leads with content preparation, materials development, and on-site event execution.
- Interpret, analyze and create reports to identify trends and inform decision making.
- Manage and administer 360 assessments
Operational Excellence & Technology
- Refresh TD SharePoint, ensuring materials, resources, and updates are well-organized for effectively managing and transferring knowledge.
- Partner with TAG Operations to support website changes, and knowledge management processes.
- Generate and present program reports, metrics, and survey analyses.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a liaison between TD, Learning Solutions, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure program execution aligns with strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal Talent Development processes, improve team cadence and enhance efficiency within TD team.
- Participate in and/or lead special projects that advance the Talent Development strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Talent Development, Project Management, or L&D.
- 7+ years of experience in HR/TD Project Management or related area.
- Strong proficiency in Zoom, MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and commitment to delivering exceptional results
Desired:
- Experience facilitating or supporting talent management processes.
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey) and 360 feedback platforms.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and content development for learning programs.
- Experience supporting both virtual and in-person training delivery.
- Experience planning and managing corporate events.
- Comfort with learning technologies and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
