The Project Manager, System Payer Contracting and Value Based Initiatives assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and coordinates with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

This office is located at 43 New Scotland Albany New York. However, this position will be required to travel to our affiliate locations for scheduled meetings which include: The Saratoga Hospital, Glens Falls Hospital, Columbia Memorial Hospital.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Partner with project lead to develop and update work plan

Provide guidance to the management of the project toward its objective and milestones

Partner with project lead on preparing for team meetings and debrief with lead(s), as needed

Participate in team meetings, as available

Prep and guide team leads for communications to Sponsors and Senior Leadership

Coordinate, and support the development of, the presentation materials for updates to Leadership

Track key project issues and help to devise strategies/tactics for issue resolution, where appropriate work with Executive Sponsors and other Leadership

Help determine resource needs and support project leads in managing related new resource requests

Work with lead on project performance measurement

Collaborate with I/S liaison and Analytics liaisons in support of project team needs, as necessary

Establishing effective project communication plans and support communications to Program Sponsors, Dyad Partners, Project Leads and Project Team members

Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

Manage and facilitate changes to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Required
