We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about learning how to manage cross-functional teams in a global company. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Project Cost/Schedule: Collaborate with project leaders to define program’s l, timelines, and deliverables
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges to ensure smooth execution
Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Be accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed.
Skills/Experience
3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools) is an advantage
Ability to collaborate within a team while managing independent tasks
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Experience leading people is an advantage.
