Charles River Development (CRD) Strategic Project Manager - AVP What we are looking for Charles River Development is a State Street company that provides front-office investment management software to State Street itself, to State Street’s clients, and to external clients. The Strategic Project Management team sits within the office of the COO in the CRD organization. The Strategic Project Management team oversees projects that span multiple teams and departments, that are considered strategic to the success of the business. This role is for a project manager that will manage a portfolio of projects on the strategic project management team.
We are looking for an individual who can provide end-to-end project management including developing detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables, creating and presenting status reporting to relevant committees, leading project meetings, escalating issues as they arise, and communicating clear expectations to various subject matter experts.

At any given time, CRD has multiple projects running concurrently, each with its own set of goals and challenges. The strategic project management team provides resources for projects that support efficiency, mitigate risk, and/or continuously improve our product set. This position is in Burlington, MA and requires 4 days a week in the Burlington, MA office. Other State Street office locations may also be considered. What you are responsible for:
• Provide project management leadership for strategic projects in CRD
• Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Create and present status reporting, provide regular project updates, maintain online materials
• Solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions
• Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels on the product areas and features owned
• Engage in educational resources to further develop knowledge of CRD’s product suite
Education and Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience relevant to project management Skills
• Leadership and program management skills
• Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and collaborator

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
