The Job:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Americas Regional team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects associated with a key customer(s) and/or initiative, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and or internal project requirements.
• All actions will conform to and/or comply with all EHS, Quality, Finance, Ethics, Governance, and regulations/laws.
• Define objectives, create roadmaps, and establish timelines.
• Secure resources, optimize workflows, and manage budgets.
• Assemble teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and commercial departments to achieve project milestones.
• Serve as the primary project point of contact, understand voice of the customer and stakeholders, translate into deliverable outputs to ensure satisfaction and retention. Resolve escalated issues promptly, maintaining project momentum and customer confidence.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report profitability, risks, variances and strategic developments to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop control plans which sustain the desired end result of all projects and view all past, present and future projects through a continuous improvement lens to always look for a more effective and efficient process.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar accounts or projects.
• Travel may be required. Estimated 30%+
• Project Management Institute PMP certified
• Must be fluent in: MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)
• Preference given for additional fluency in: SmartSheet and MS PowerBi
