Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating enterprise-wide projects. Directs implementation of multi-departmental, medium to large scale projects. Manages project through Project Management Lifecycle. Leads project meetings with business partners; Identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process. Sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members. Manages operational and tactical aspects of the project. Creates an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization. Develops work plan structure and project schedule to meet delivery timelines. Manages and updates project plans; maintains risk, actions, issue and decision log. They will facilitate resolution of issues and escalates as appropriate. Conducts project lessons learned and close-out activities. Manages a minimum of 2-3 concurrent projects.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4 years related experience in lieu of degree

Certification/Licensure

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Certification - Project Management Institute (PMI) ​preferred

Experience

  • 3 years of project management experience preferred.

  • Ability to successfully manage 2–3 concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and conducting project close-out and lessons learned

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels including senior leadership.

  • Expertise in resource planning, allocation, and tracking to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate).

  • Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
