Project Manager Senior (Jira & MS Project Must) – 10 to 13 Yrs – Pune Location

About the Team:

Indian Lending Project Management team, responsible for end‑to‑end project and delivery management across multiple client accounts.
The team handles project planning & execution, client coordination, governance, risk/overage management, and Jira-based delivery tracking, working closely with development, QA, and platform teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of complex projects within the Client Office division.
• Own end-to-end project planning, delivery, and governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, business analysts, technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Prepare and present project status reports; participate in client and leadership status calls.
• Manage client deliveries, including post-delivery support and continuous engagement.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Manage SOWs and Change Requests for upgrades, new interfaces, and enhancements.
• Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations using PlanView.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, timesheet tracking, client invoicing, and budget controls.
• Allocate and monitor project team workload; provide clear direction and ongoing support.
• Manage resources within the project team to ensure effective utilization.
• Drive process improvements by staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement across project teams.

What You Bring

Knowledge & Experience

• 10–13 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and client-facing deliveries.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including:
  • Backlog management
  • Sprint planning
  • Task and dependency tracking
  • Issue and risk management
  • Project governance and delivery monitoring
• Experience configuring and using Jira dashboards, workflows, reports, and filters for stakeholder reporting.
• Strong experience creating project status reports and leading client status calls.
• Expertise in creating and managing MS Project plans.
• Experience managing SOWs, Change Requests, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Strong experience in budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation using PlanView.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external clients.
• Exposure to revenue forecasting, timesheets, invoicing, and budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and continuously improve usage of Jira and related delivery tools.
