Why This Role Matters
The Project Manager, Salesforce will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Client & Sales phase of Salesforce development and deployment across Christie’s, ensuring alignment across all project strands and phases. The role is pivotal in overseeing project meetings, liaising with external consultants (OSF) and internal stakeholders, tracking progress, and monitoring achievement of key milestones and performance indicators.
How You'll Make an Impact
To serve as the primary conduit between the Christie’s Business Getting teams and the Technical Dev/Deployment teams (whether Christie’s Technology Group or OSF (Salesforce consultant))
Liaise with the Salesforce consultant (OSF) and internal stakeholders to establish clear requirements, maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues throughout the project
Oversee and facilitate regular project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting actions, and following up on outcomes to ensure effective communication and decision-making
Ensure project alignment across all workstreams, phases, and teams, maintaining a clear and unified direction
To ensure clear communication to all teams involved and to prepare and lead Executive SteerCo updates
Draft and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and briefing materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely achievement of objectives
Monitor progress against KPIs, preparing regular reports for senior management and recommending corrective actions when targets are at risk
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all resources and plans are kept up to date and accessible via SharePoint and Teams
This position requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll bring to the team
Proven experience managing the implementation of a cross-functional platform; Salesforce or similar CRM systems an advantage.
Demonstrable ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple project strands simultaneously.
A strong understanding of the sale process/lifecycle
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience liaising between external consultants and internal teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
Analytical mindset, able to track KPIs and interpret project data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.

Salary range: £40,000- £55,000
