The Deployment Quality Assurance team ensures the accuracy and reliability of our analytic solutions for customers and partners. We work closely with service engineers and clients through multi-phased workstreams to validate data quality and optimize system performance.
Job Summary:
Manage ongoing project documentation,and updating all internal systems and checklists. Acting as the primary customer contact for managing day-to-day project activities and coordinating staffing of project resources
Responsibilities:
- Manage solution deployment, including coordination with vendors and stakeholders
- Develop and execute project work plans, and revise them when necessary
- Quickly identify scope changes, gain approval on change orders, and escalate issues to assure resolution before project timeline and within budget
- Review quotes/estimates to ensure compliance with installation charges, deployment fees, licenses required, and other details
- Act as the primary customer contact and manage day-to-day project activities
- Develop meeting agendas, coordinate resources, document outcomes, and drive actions to completion
- Manage ongoing project documentation
- Manage and update internal systems and checklists
- Coordinate project staffing and escalate to internal team managers when necessary
- Utilize existing processes and contribute to process improvement
Skills:
- Ability to proactively communicate with various stakeholders at all levels to coordinate and complete all tasks at hand. Be responsive to all stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively for all priorities that come up within the role: customer meetings, tasks for projects, etc. Ensures that all deadlines are met on time.
- Ensuring margins and budgets are maintained within each project.
- Escalating any potential risks to the budget or timeliness of a project and working to ensure those risks are solved to resolution.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changes as they occur within a project or deployment
- Suggest service improvements to management, helping to further refine our processes and tools to being able to manage and identify, and escalate
Knowledge:
- Have a solid understanding of all PMO related processes
- Have a good understanding of technical requirements for each type of RetailNext implementation

- Ability to use sound knowledge and skills to ensure project remain within budget/on time.
- Attentive and careful management of each aspect of an deployment from the scope of the project, budget/quotes are correct and aligned, coordination of resources, scheduling to ensure project remains on time and within budget.
- Ability to use sound understanding of RetailNext processes and procedures to troubleshoot and solve problems that arise.
