Primary Care – Prevenar 20 Product Manager/ Project Manager

Role Summary:

This position is responsible for Prevenar20 with a focus on Prevenar20 related project planning, development, operation, and execution in line with omnichannel strategies and key initiatives. 

This position also has responsibilities for customer engagement and performance management via various channels to engage customers properly with closely working with sales, medical and cross functional teams

This position directly reports to Primary Care Lead and closely coached by Primary Care marketing lead on planning and operation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Implementation

  • Working with the Prevenar20 marketing team to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the HCP and consumer projects and tasks needed to implement that strategy
  • Ensures effective implementation of designated projects to achieve desired business outcomes

Work with Field Force

  • Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor marketing project to achieve goals

Cross-divisional Teamwork

  • Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors

Market Intelligence

  • Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources to ensure that knowledge is up to date and to support marketing strategy

Expense Management

  • Support financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target

Customer Engagement

  • Customer interaction to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or above

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management skills with ownership and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven financial acumen and experience in inventory/expense management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • High ethical standards (Integrity).
