The Project Manager – Digital Infrastructure will be responsible for directing the infrastructure development of new PCV service facilities and manufacturing locations. This position will be responsible for working with FLS resources and external suppliers to successfully establish new locations within PCV Business Line.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Drive project planning and execution for new site builds. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project progress and financial status.
  • Team Leadership: Facilitate meetings (e.g., daily standups) with both internal and external resources.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and bottlenecks, mitigating risks and maintaining timelines in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and user experience standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional resources and external partners
    ensuring infrastructure readiness (networks, systems, ERP) to support operational success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Digital Infrastructure Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of requirements for successful facility operation as it relates to digital infrastructure.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel extensively as needed to support projects and timelines.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
