The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Managing software implementation projects for products in the Health Information Systems business including clinical documentation via speech recognition and ambient solutions, manual and autocoding solutions.
Coordination of resources and close collaboration with the project team, including application specialists, engineers, and support.
Leading, monitoring, and documenting all phases of project implementations, considering predefined processes and tools.
Developing and implementing project plans based on existing methods, blueprints, and best practices.
Responsibility for all project communication with customers, the project team, and other stakeholders such as internal teams or management.
Tracking project progress, status, risks, and decisions in the project management system and ensuring all elements are completed before project closure.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
A degree in business administration, health management/economics, medical informatics, or completed training in nursing or a related field with a strong affinity for health IT, or equivalent qualifications through experience.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Experience in project management work, particularly in software implementation in healthcare and change management projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
PRINCE2 or PMP, or other project management qualifications.
Experience in dealing with customers, preferably with healthcare providers, i.e., doctors, nurses, medical coders as well as their management.
Experience with workflows in electronic patient records, medical coding and/or familiarity with a specific hospital information system.
High customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Being fluent in French, Spanish or another language spoken in Europe.
Work location: Remote.
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
