Job Description Summary

This role leads implementation projects for software and hardware solutions in major hospitals. It brings together cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and strong commercial alignment. It balances several strategic projects at the same time, using agile methods and structured planning to maintain quality, timelines, and financial performance. Travel across Europe is part of the role, with up to 30 percent expected. This field-based role requires travel to customer sites in the UK and Ireland for up to 30% of your time, with occasional international trips and overnight stays. You can be based anywhere in England, provided you are well-positioned for travel and able to visit our Winnersh head office approximately once a month.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of agile software and hardware projects that meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Creation and execution of project plans aligned with national and international customer needs
  • Coordination of implementation activities that support revenue objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Management of project reporting and forecasting for senior leadership
  • Direct communication with customers as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leadership of internal coordination meetings and onsite activities at customer locations
  • Close collaboration with commercial teams during pre-sales phases and account planning
  • Oversight of hub-level initiatives with structured progress updates shared with leadership

About you:

  • An academic degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving both software and hardware, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment, is an advantage—not a must.
  • A background in healthcare settings such as biotechnology, pharmacy, or biomedical fields, and the ability to communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and hospital IT teams, would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of IT processes and full solution deployment
  • Comfortable communicating in English and ideally one additional language, both written and spoken
  • Highly organised approach with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Valid driving licence and passport, with readiness to travel

Our target salary range for this position is £45,000-£55,000 with eventual flexibility+ bonus + fringe benefits.
