We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Khobar. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within strict deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution, maintain clear communication across stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver high-quality results that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

We will count on you to:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.

  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in a professional setting.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).

  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings or project site visits. Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization.
