We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Khobar. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within strict deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution, maintain clear communication across stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver high-quality results that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
We will count on you to:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in a professional setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).
