What You Will Do?

The PMO, Strategic Marketing Initiatives, functions as the Chief of Staff for the CMO's operational agenda. This individual is the primary owner of the cross-functional marketing portfolio, responsible for ensuring rigorous governance, maximum strategic alignment, and efficient resource allocation across Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Marketing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Reporting & Strategic Narrative

  • CMO Presentation Ownership: Serve as the primary architect and "executive producer" for the CMO’s most critical communications, including Board Decks, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and key executive presentations.
  • Narrative Strategy: Craft the holistic strategic narrative that effectively synthesizes outcomes from Brand, Performance, and Product initiatives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and focusing on competitive advantage for the executive audience.
  • Data-to-Insight Translation: Proactively collaborate with marketing and technical teams to transform raw performance and data metrics into executive-level business value statements (e.g., Market Share Growth, ROI, Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Information Governance: Ensure consistency across all presented numbers, acting as the authority fr marketing performance reporting across the entire organization.

2. Strategic Alignment & Portfolio Governance

  • CMO Agenda Translation: Translate the CMO's annual and quarterly objectives into a unified, prioritized, and resourced project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives directly serve top-level business goals.
  • Roadmap Integration: Facilitate the integration and coordination of individual roadmaps from Brand, Performance, and Product Marketing, ensuring all efforts are aligned and dependencies are clear.

3. Cross-Functional Program Delivery & Risk Management

  • Resource Management: Work with all functional leads to forecast and manage resource capacity, ensuring strategic commitments are realistic and trade-offs are documented and approved by senior stakeholders.
  • Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve significant bottlenecks and inter-dependencies that impact the CMO’s strategic deadlines, serving as the chief risk manager for the marketing portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in Strategic Program Management, Portfolio Management (PMO), or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior Marketing or Business leadership (CMO level).
  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Systems Engineering
  • Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge across Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, with experience coordinating the technical teams (Data/MarTech) that enable those functions.
  • Program Management Acumen: Expert knowledge of program/portfolio governance frameworks and methodology (PMP, PgMP, or advanced Agile certifications are highly desirable).
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus across diverse functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technical) without direct reporting authority.
  • Advanced English.

Work Properly.

  • Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
