Essential Responsibilities:
Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telcom construction sites
Lead long-haul project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple regional and international sites
Manage engineering design reviews, budget forecasting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
Oversee construction partners, installation contractors, and engineering vendors to ensure quality, safety, and on‑time delivery
Coordinate with hyperscaler program teams, permitting authorities, utilities, and right‑of‑way partners to maintain project momentum
Track project milestones, provide clear reporting and dashboards to leadership, and drive alignment across all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with environmental, permitting, regulatory, and safety standards
Identify scaling opportunities, process improvements, and best practices for repeatable long-haul deployment
Serve as the primary point of contact for project changes, scope adjustments, and high‑priority escalations
Qualifications:
Four to six years of telecom or utility construction project management experience
Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
Working Conditions:
This position operates in a hybrid capacity and includes up to 40% travel to Ledcor offices, project sites and client meeting locations
