· Supporting and furthering customer implementations of their assigned Elekta products as per established procedures, as well as documenting and communicating status of such implementations, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and documentation.
· Oversee Customer Implementations, take charge of implementations, provide guidance and support to customers as necessary with the aim of effecting a timely and successful implementation of devices and software and providing a single point contact to the customer.
· The project manager is responsible for meeting the company’s revenue goals. The project manager shall constantly search for projects to be pulled forward into fiscal year quarters in order to attain the revenue goals and will help assure the yearly revenue goal is met. The project manager shall exercise his/her influence with the customer to drive the project according to the company time line rather than let the customer drive the project, without sacrificing the quality of the implementation.
· The project managers shall be aware of all preorders within his/her territory and communicate those opportunities to the OF Director on weekly basis.
· Maintain central documentation database to manage and communicate progress on pending implementations.
Individual Site Detail; Maintain CLM with individual site details.
· Communicate status of implementations to Site Manager, Order Administration, Installation and Application teams. Also communicate with Sales for leads and opportunities.
· Ensure project resource requirements are booked according to deliverables according to the financial forecast & targets.
· Analyze upcoming installations in terms of product mix and revenue to help prioritize scheduling.
· Implement modifications to process/documentation to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
· Review and contribute to product-specific engineering documentation.
· As necessary, project plans and materials to help forward the implementation process
Customer Proposals.
· Generate or assist in the generation of proposals that outline ELEKTA’s standard implementation process or propose alternative solutions to meet customer requirements.
· Update CLM systems with the project planning data to allow forecasting of revenue.
· Mentor & train technical knowledge, process & best practice on Project Management and requirements for Elekta Products to other Project Mangers as required.
· Required to take on additional territories/workload as assigned
(E.G. LGK, Protons, National Accounts)
· Administrative duties as required
· Additional tasks to the above will be to help support Sales on pre-sales activities
· Responsibility for local purchasing of third party items included in project scope
· Perform (if needed) intermediate site inspections of Bunkers, in agreement with Site Manager in order to have a better knowledge of pre-installations requirements and site readiness progression.
