As a Project Manager / Lead Program Integrator, you will lead the planning and execution of software release projects for healthcare products. Working closely with global cross functional teams and operating within the GE Quality Management System, you will ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of two years.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software release projects in collaboration with Marketing, Development, Deployment, Service, Regulatory, Quality, and other functional partners.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity on project scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across global teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and roadmaps, ensuring visibility and transparency for all contributors.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the release lifecycle, while facilitating decision‑making and resolving cross‑team conflicts to keep the program on track.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring proper impact assessments and communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Support with the preparation of program milestones and provide ongoing status reporting, ensuring clear communication of release progress, risks, and mitigation plans across all involved teams and to management.
- Create and maintain project documentation, coordinating with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Continuously improve release processes and documentation, contributing ideas and implementing updates based on GE-wide changes or audit feedback.
- Collaborate closely with regulatory experts to support product clearance activities in required markets.
Desired Characteristics
- A technical or commercial degree, or a comparable apprenticeship with relevant practical experience.
- Hands-on project management experience, including planning and execution of multi-stakeholder software or product initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority in international cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Solid risk assessment and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive, open-minded mindset with a genuine desire to continuously improve processes.
- Ideally, experience with regulated product development, agile methodologies, and familiarity with relevant project management or documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ideally, understanding of quality and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus.
