Job Summary
The Project Manager, LBM will be responsible for managing and enforcing Vistra Retail Business delivery methodology designed to provide for a common execution strategy that enhances project organization, communication and quality delivery of LBM-related strategic initiatives
The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing assigned projects, in alignment with the business’s requirements and priorities.

Key Accountabilities
•Develop project plans and project schedules.
•Execute and control project plans.
•Control project schedule and scope.
•Actively manage issues and risks.
•Communicate project status to stakeholders.
•Leverage Project Management technology to manage Project Requests.
•Prepare for and facilitate Prioritization Meetings.
•Support Business Cases development.
•Support development of the General LBM project projection.
•Support communication of project status for “in-flight” projects.
•Work in a highly collaborative manner to maintain an effective relationship with LBM.
•Balance business priorities against LBM delivery capabilities.
•Facilitate “Application Solutioning” sessions to identify effective options to meet business requests.
•Develop User Stories and User Acceptance testing to support project deployment
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•Project Management certification is a plus
•2-5 years of experience of as project lead / project manager and using project management tools.
•Exceptional meeting management skills.
•Excellent negotiating, consensus building and conflict resolution skills.
•Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycles.
•Excellent Project Management skills
•Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
•Ability to manage cross enterprise initiatives with stakeholders from multiple departments
•Ability to develop presentation content with MS Execl and Powerpoint
•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
