ROLE’S MISSION

Be responsible for the end‑to‑end panelist lifecycle and panel operations to keep our panel healthy, engaged, and compliant. You will lead panel management executives (PMEs), orchestrate studies (including Panelvoice), and coordinate our core systems (GPM, Qmob, Infobip) to ensure that panelist data is complete, accurate, and timely—so we deliver high‑quality insights to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Panelist Lifecycle Management

  • Upload recruitment leads into GPM and validate data for acceptance on panel.
  • Send onboarding communications (e.g., SMS 1) to newly accepted panelists; process SEM1–3 joining airtime payments.
  • Build new panelist accounts in Qmob; maintain accurate status in all systems.
  • Lead reactivations: update Qmob, GPM, and tracking files; run bulk and manual re‑enabling.
  • Handle deactivations: update Qmob, GPM, and panel engagement files; maintain tracking logs.
  • Action temporary disabling requests, update systems, and follow up after two weeks to re‑assess engagement.

Panelvoice Study Management

  • Liaise with the Panelvoice team; coordinate timelines, script development, and testing; provide feedback to scripters.
  • Prepare samples and briefing materials; brief PMEs on study objectives and procedures.
  • Allocate panelist follow‑ups to PMEs and update sample reports throughout fieldwork; handle script allocations and closure.

GPM System Management

  • Serve as GPM Super User for the SA team: administer accounts, roles, and access; coach and support users.
  • Load data, schedule/manage screen updates, and maintain operational dashboards/reports.
  • Configure questionnaires and workflows; ensure data exports and integrations meet downstream requirements.

Marketing & Communication

  • Plan and handle Facebook advertising campaigns for recruitment and engagement; track performance and optimise spend.
  • Lead the advertising budget and ROI tracking for digital acquisition.
  • Be responsible for Infobip (SMS management) to deliver timely, targeted panel communications.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and develop PMEs; set priorities, coach for quality, and empower the team to hit operational KPIs.
  • Drive structured issue/crisis management; resolve conflicts and unblock workflows quickly.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems; uphold process compliance and audit readiness.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • 3–5 years proven experience in project management; market research exposure beneficial.
  • Comfortable dealing with people at all levels; clear communicator who provides detailed information and has strong social skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team; effective conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Strong attention to detail; thrives under strict deadlines and can self‑manage.
  • Experience working with data, including data cleaning/validation and an understanding of data quality.
  • Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and openness to new processes and tools.

Nice to have (tools & environment)

  • Hands‑on experience with GPM, Qmob, and Infobip (or comparable panel/CRM/SMS platforms).
  • Familiarity with social ad platforms for recruitment (e.g., Meta Ads/Facebook).
  • Comfort working within an Agile, sprint‑based operations environment with shared global platforms.
