Position Summary / Career Interest:

Manage and control of internal projects for the business to ensure project completion on time to budget and meeting business needs.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
  • Provide a platform for communication and relationship management- engage stakeholders for buy in, relieve bottle necks and complexity
  • Work with project team to define, estimate and schedule project work to achieve project scope
  • Lead project meetings as they relate to duties, keep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project task identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completed.
  • Establishes a consistent communication strategy with outside vendors/agencies and defines the associated deliverables (e.g. status report, risk report etc.)
  • Demonstrates project management skills, including influencing, communications, and tacking skills, planning, and organization
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree related field or relevant business/information technology experience.
  • 3 or more years relevant project management and/or management experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • 5 or more years relevant business experience.

Preferred Licensure and Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

Knowledge Requirements
  • Project management methodologies.
