The Role
As Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers from the moment an order is received. You will oversee technical and commercial aspects of projects across a wide range of products and systems—ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engineering projects from concept to completion
- Developing detailed project plans with clear milestones and budgets
- Coordinating with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Monitoring progress, managing risks, and driving solutions
- Serving as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and transparency
- Championing best practices in project management and engineering processes
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive leader with:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification
