As a Project Manager based in Warsaw (Zabraniecka street), you will lead the delivery of complex design and construction projects from concept through closeout. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, engineering, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, and contractors, exercising strong judgment and ownership. The position offers significant autonomy and visibility, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, direct, and oversee design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Define project strategy in collaboration with Purchasing, including procurement models and delivery approaches.
  • Establish, lead, and integrate multidisciplinary project delivery teams across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Own project funding, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes, including preparation and management of funding requests.
  • Develop and manage project documentation such as project charters, execution plans (PEP), schedules, reporting, KPIs, and closeout packages.
  • Lead procurement of consultants and contractors, including bid evaluations, commercial reviews, and award recommendations.
  • Manage project risks, change control, audits, CSAs, permitting, and compliance across site establishment, construction, and operations.
  • Drive clear communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth handover and closeout.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong capability to manage end-to-end design and construction projects with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of construction, infrastructure, and engineering systems within complex environments.
  • Proven ability to define scope, assess options, and deliver cost-effective, efficient project solutions.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Structured, analytical mindset with sound commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • High level of organisation, resilience, and composure when managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who brings creativity, decisiveness, and adaptability to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (mandatory), with the ability to operate comfortably in an international project setting.
