Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Government Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the JPC modernization project, ensuring technical execution across electronic database and inventory systems, and maintaining a high standard of employee management while holding an active T3 / Secret Clearance and PMP Certification.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Lead Project Execution: Provide clear vision and direction to the team to ensure the JPC modernization project is completed efficiently, managing technical aspects including electronic databases, barcode equipment, and digital imaging systems.
Coordinate Government Relations: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the government (DLA/JPC), ensuring effective communication, resource coordination, and the delivery of regular progress and risk reports.
Drive Operational Compliance: Manage employee schedules and records to ensure adequate staffing levels while enforcing strict compliance with performance work standards and organizational policies.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in a Clinical or Healthcare related field.
Strong knowledge of materials retrieval systems, electronic inventory systems, and digital imaging environments.
Proven ability in schedule and cost control, adapting to changing priorities, and training associates across various functions in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, an active PMP Certification, and a T3 / Secret Clearance.
