Skretting Aquaculture Innovation is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Project Manager Innovation to lead and coordinate innovation projects that is align with business needs.

The role reports to the Innovation Portfolio Manager and is based at Skretting’s headquarters in Stavanger, Norway.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Innovation projects from idea all the way to implementation

  • Governance: Establish and maintain a robust governance structure and reporting standard

  • Project planning and financial control: Own project economics

  • Execution & delivery: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, commercial, operations) to deliver projects on time and within quality standards

  • Risk & quality: Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues to safeguard project objectives

  • Stakeholder engagement & communication: Act as the primary link between internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver clear visual presentations and decision materials for senior leadership and project teams

  • Digital integration & tools: Oversee integration of digital tools and platforms (Apollo project tool, Power Bi dashboards, etc) to enhance transparency, increase production and reporting quality.

  • Support Skretting’s operating companies and Nutreco corporate with strategies, master data, product reporting and alignment

  • The role requires technical skills to oversee integration of digital tools and platforms across teams

Challenges energize rather than discourage you, and you maintain a positive, constructive attitude even when navigating ambiguity or tight timelines. Your mindset is one of continuous improvement. You’re not afraid to challenge established practices or offer new, smarter ways of working.

What you bring:

We believe the right person combines strong expertise with curiosity and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you bring:

  • MSc degree in marketing, finance, IT, aquaculture or otherwise relevant fields

  • Strong analytical capabilities and minimum 1 years of experience from similar work

  • Experience from project management, and capable to develop clear and effective technical presentations

  • Innovative: Willing to challenge established practices and propose new ideas that drive continuous improvement and innovation

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
